PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO BOOKING! UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO THOROUGHLY READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW. BOOKING YOUR SHOOT LETS ME KNOW THAT YOU HAVE THOROUGHLY READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS LISTED BELOW....
RETAINER IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR SLOT AND MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME OF BOOKING (Retainers goes toward remaining balance). ALL Retainers are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.
Along with your package you will receive photo rights and an online gallery with access to photos . Your personal gallery will be sent to you via the email you provided the time of booking.
•Where are you located? I am located in Augusta, GA. You will receive the address for studio sessions in a confirmation email once you have paid the retainer fee.
•Should I come to my photoshoot ready?
Yes. Please keep in mind that sessions are only 1 hour long.
•When should I book?
If you are booking to post on a specific date, my turn around time is 7-10 business days. There is a $100 rush fee for photos to be delivered in 4-5 days AFTER photo selections are made and a $150 rush fee for 2-3 day photo delivery after photo selections are made. Rushed time starts when favorites list is finalized and sent to photographer!
* What if I am running late?
You have a grace period of 10 minutes IF you have contacted CrownedGold Photography about your tardiness. If you are 15+ minutes late of your allotted shoot time, you will be assessed a late fee of $25.00. This fee will be added to your balance or can be paid after photo session. (Be mindful that your shoot may not be the only one that day). If you are 25+ minutes late of your allotted shoot time, your appointment will be canceled, and your card will be automatically charged for the remaining balance.
There is a mandatory reschedule/inconvenience fee of $50.00 to reschedule your shoot if a notice has not been given within 72hrs of your allotted shoot time. You are allowed to reschedule ONCE at no additional cost if a 72hr notice has been given. UNLESS IT IS AN EMERGENCY (such as early pregnancies or sickness) your deposit will be held for 60 days after your original shoot date.
If you need to reschedule more than once, your appointment will need to be canceled and a new retainer must be paid.
*IF A NOTICE IS NOT GIVEN, you will be blocked from booking with a CrownedGold Photography.
FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE the same day of the photoshoot.
Proof galleries will be sent within 2-4 days from your shoot date. I ASK THAT YOU DO NOT POST YOUR PROOFS! All final galleries will be delivered within 7-10 days after your favorites list is received and will be available for download for 14 days. Be sure to download your photos using the pin you receive in your email once your gallery is delivered to ensure the best quality. An expiration date for your album can be found on the final gallery email. I will no longer have your images after this date so be sure to download them.
** Additional retouched photos are $25 per additional edit.
